Mastic for Expansion & Control Joints

 We install self-leveling rubber epoxy, similar to caulk, which is called mastic, in expansion/control joints. Our purpose is to protect the surrounding structure from water damage, weed growth and pest invasion. The finished product is a flexible material, similar to caulk, with a grout-like appearance that is pleasing to the eye. 

Swimming pools and decks, driveways, sidewalks and parking lots have expansion/control joints that need the protection and aesthetic appearance of our products and services.

For instance, we can accelerate our product to give it a shorter set-up period. This is useful if bad weather conditions are threatening our work. We can seal vertical joints, like expansion/control joints in walls or steps....

Before Mastic installed (below)...   they styrofoam / polyvoid should not be left exposed very long once the pool is completed.    It is not watertight!


Below, the expansion / control joint is now sealed and watertight.
