Statewide Contracting installs commercial grade sealants in many types of expansion joints. We also do stone & decking water & stain treatment and repellant. Mastic & caulking productsare usually a self leveling epoxy, in joints for pools, decks, driveways, walks, and most other expansion/control joints. We have been successful in working with over 130 builders and hundreds of individual homeowners in many areas of Texas for 15+ years.
Our purpose is to protect the surrounding structure from water damage, weed growth and pest invasion using mastic, similar to caulk. The finished product is a caulk that has a flexible, grout-like appearance that is pleasing to the eye. Swimming pools and decks, driveways, sidewalks and parking lots have expansion/control joints that need the protection and aesthetic appearance of our products and services.
We carry the maximum liability insurance available in our industry, which meets and exceeds our builders’ requirements, as well as any individual’s home insurance. A reference list that includes many national builders is accessible to potential clients.
